We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager / Event Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our clients are delighted.
Job Summary:
As an Account Manager / Event Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, planning their events, and coordinating all aspects of catering services. You’ll work closely with our events team, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including, venue setup, staffing, and logistics.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide creative catering solutions.
- Oversee event timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure events stay on schedule and within scope.
- Manage on-site event execution, including supervising staff and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, event planning, or a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
