We are seeking a creative and motivated Membership and Marketing Manager to grow our membership, enhance member engagement, and elevate our Chamber’s brand through innovative marketing and events. The role has growth and leadership potential for an energetic candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Development:
· Recruit, retain, and onboard members while fostering engagement through events and workshops.
· Serve as the main point of contact for members, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries.
Marketing & Communications:
· Develop and manage marketing campaigns, digital content, and Chamber communications.
· Maintain a strong Chamber brand across social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
· Collaborate with local organizations to enhance community and business connections.
Event Management:
· Plan and execute events alongside the Events Coordinator to meet member needs.
· Identify sponsorship opportunities and build partnerships to support event success.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, membership management, or a similar role, ideally within a Chamber of Commerce or non-profit.
· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Work Environment
· Flexible part-time schedule with occasional evening and weekend events.
· Local travel for member visits and community events required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
