Seeking a motivated sales professional to drive membership sales, engage community members, and organize events at Gravity Haus Aspen, with a focus on achieving sales quotas and providing exceptional service.
Gravity Haus Aspen is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Membership Sales team. We’re looking for ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success and a strong work ethic.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our prospect database through phone and email outreach, hosting and organizing events, meeting with prospective members, and conducting tours. The on-target earnings (OTE) are tied to successfully hitting quota achievement.

What You’ll Do:
Membership Recruitment (Sales) and Retention:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Experience teams to develop and implement plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Execute both inside/outside sales initiatives to attract new members and facilitate the application and new member onboarding process.
- Manage monthly/quarterly/annual personal and team related membership sales goals.
- Regularly communicate with current Gravity Haus members to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote engagement.
Membership Engagement and Programming:
- Organize, promote and oversee a variety of member events, activities, and programming to enhance community engagement and foster member connections.
- Collaborate with club committees and staff to plan and execute social gatherings, educational workshops, and special events.
- Ensure that all programming aligns with the interests and preferences of the Gravity Haus membership base.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives to attract prospective members and increase club visibility.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and targeted outreach, to promote club offerings and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials to showcase the Gravity Haus’ membership amenities and benefits.
Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate membership records, databases, and financial information.
- Prepare regular reports on membership metrics, trends, and performance indicators for senior management.
- Manage membership dues, billing, and collections processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Other Duties:
- All other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas is preferred.
- Experience organizing and hosting events, preferably in a hospitality or member-focused environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools to manage leads and campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Doc, Sheets, Slides), Slack
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel to various Gravity Haus locations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, bend, twist
