Membership Sales Coordinator
LOCATION
Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85004
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; college degree preferred, with 2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, and membership database management. Healthcare experience and knowledge of the WIX platform preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit and retain members, maintain CRM database, manage invoicing and membership reports, assist in events, and manage physician referral line/website information.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Full-time hybrid position focused on member recruitment and retention for physicians, involving database management, event assistance, and sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Retention of members:
- Recruit new/retired physicians, medical students, and resident members.
- Retain existing and past paid practicing & retired physician members.
- Database and Payment:
- Maintain WIX CRM database of membership.
- Create and update physician information.
- Invoice and monitor annual membership dues.
- Set weekly/monthly physician member sales goals with Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Prepare membership reports relating to retention, growth, areas of need, etc.
- Assist team with MCMS events
- Manage event attendees to help recruit new physician members.
- Manage physician referral line/website directory information on member physicians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Sales and marketing experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong database management and email marketing skills
- Knowledge of WIX platform preferred
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year – Contracted position
Schedule:
- 38–40-hour work week
- Day shift (3 days in office, 2 days home/county travelling)
- Typically, Monday - Friday (Saturdays if needed for events)

- Commission of 5% for all new, retained, and past individual physician members
- Commission of 5% for all new member practices (all physicians in medical practice become members)
Experience:
- Experience in Marketing (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Membership Database Management: 2 years (Required)
- Event Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Travel:
- 35 - 40% within Maricopa County
- Mileage reimbursement – 56 cents per mile)
