As a Mobile Home Park Sales Specialist, you will build relationships with park owners, sell mobile homes, and help families achieve homeownership while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Starts at $1,500 / month (increases with experience)
  • Commission: Ranging from 10% - 25% (based on sales price and profit)
  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

What You'll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Visit and establish partnerships with at least two mobile home parks weekly. Present Phoenix Financial's services to park owners and managers, showcasing how we can help them fill vacancies and improve their communities.
  • Negotiate Win-Win Agreements: Work with park owners to negotiate favorable terms, such as waiving lot rent during the sales period, contributing to moving and setup costs, and collaborating on rehab projects.
  • Drive Sales: Market and sell mobile homes directly to buyers. List homes on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms, respond to inquiries, conduct showings, and guide buyers through the purchase process. Aim to sell four homes per month.
  • Manage the Process: Coordinate with park management to ensure smooth buyer transitions and approvals. Use Go High Level CRM to track leads, manage partnerships, and report on sales activity (training provided).

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Proven success in mobile home sales, mobile home park management, or a related field. Experience with infill projects is highly desirable.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: A strong ability to build rapport, present solutions, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Marketing Know-How: Familiarity with online marketing platforms like Facebook Marketplace and effective sales strategies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with park operators and home buyers.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a plus) and basic computer skills.
  • Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Texas license to sell mobile homes (cost covered by Phoenix Financial).
