QUALIFICATIONS
Current undergraduate or graduate student studying Sports Management, Sports Marketing, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to change, and data analytics skills preferred. Must be able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide activation support to the Sponsorship Manager by serving as the on-site Motorola representative at consumer events, managing creative request submissions, and supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling and taking meeting minutes.

Description and Requirements
- EVENTS: Serve as on-site contact / Motorola representative at consumer events associated with sponsored properties (teams, events, players). Prepare such events with marketing materials and product readiness. In partnership with Trade Marketing, share prompt recap of each event identifying pre-determined metrics associated with event goals (i.e. # of attendees, lead generations, P&L, etc.).
- ASSETS: submit creative request forms to ensure marketing campaigns are launched timely. This includes being liaison from designers to various approvers and delivering assets to the end-user.
- ADMINISTRATION: support meeting cadence with managing schedules and taking thorough minutes to share updates more broadly with internal key stakeholders.
