Work you'll do
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and requirements.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using business analysis and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other relevant software.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Agile Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to apply them effectively in a project environment.
  • Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed and clear documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Functional Requirements gathering experience
  • Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
  • Agile Software Development Methodology experience
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:
  • CRM SaaS Solutions experience
  • Agile Project Management
  • Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750.00 to $171,250.00.
