SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Manager executes and optimizes retail promotional campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

The Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Manager will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute and optimize retail promotional campaigns across key digital marketing channels such as email, on-site marketing and more. This role is essential in ensuring campaigns align with the company’s brand standards and business goals. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to be flexible, adapt to evolving priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for on-site marketing initiatives, inclusive of determining promotional content based on business objectives and customer segmentation strategies
  • Develop and manage the email and SMS marketing calendar to align with overall promotional strategies
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendor marketing initiatives inclusive of overseeing contract execution, increasing vendor-funded promotions and placements and ensuring all deliverables are met
  • Work closely with merchandising, design and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are visually compelling, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze marketing performance data and work with cross-functional partners to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving customer engagement, conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging tools to continuously elevate marketing strategies
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including utilization of customer data for the purposes of segmentation, personalization and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with a talent for working across teams and with external partners
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and evolving priorities

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
