Job Overview:
Eureka Ergonomic is on the lookout for a creative and versatile Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on creating visually compelling motion graphics and video content, specifically for social media, UGC (User-Generated Content), branding, and advertising. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, the Multimedia Specialist will play a key role in producing engaging content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about both motion design and graphic design, and has a deep understanding of how to optimize content for social media and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motion Graphic Design & Animation:
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for videos, including promotional content, social media ads, and branded videos.
- Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other design tools to produce high-quality visuals that align with marketing and branding efforts.
- Instructional Video Creation:
- Design and animate engaging instructional videos that effectively communicate complex ideas or processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the videos align with our brand identity and meet project objectives.
- eCommerce Motion Graphics:
- Develop eye-catching motion graphics for eCommerce, including product explainer videos, banners, and animated ads to boost conversions.
- UGC Content Creation:
- Design and animate videos using user-generated content to tell authentic brand stories.
- Edit and enhance these videos to align with brand guidelines while maintaining a user-centric feel.
- Social Media Assets & Video Content:
- Produce and edit videos and graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Optimize videos for performance on various digital marketing channels.
- Branding & Visual Identity Development:
- Work with teams to develop and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and overall visual style.
- Ensure consistent branding across all visual media, including digital and print.
- Building & Maintaining Brand Guidelines:
- Lead the development of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to reflect evolving strategies.
- Collaboration & Creative Direction:
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to align visual content with brand strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance campaigns and projects.
- Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit and refine video content, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure high production standards for all video deliverables.
- Brand Strategy & Marketing Integration:
- Partner with the marketing team to align creative assets with broader marketing and social media strategies.
- Create content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand recognition.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, and branding, with a strong portfolio in social media, UGC, and brand identity development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other video editing/animation software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
- Experience with logo design, brand development, and creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
- Expertise in tailoring content for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand goals and marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including social media, product, and offshore marketing teams.
- Experience with video optimization techniques for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
- Experience in the furniture and home decor industry is a plus.
