Seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join a start-up in the commercial real estate space, offering equity stake and leadership role with massive upside potential.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position is within a start-up within the commercial real estate space.

This job is for someone who wants to be part of a team that sees the long term picture for the commercial real estate industry and wants to be an owner in a business that has massive upside in annual pay and in equity stake of the business.

This job is for entrepreneurial self starters who want to be an owner within the company they helped build. We are looking for someone who wants to be a co-founder in the business. As is the case with start-ups, there is no pay. That said, the upside is MASSIVE and we are looking for the right person who wants to be a major industry titan.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have a proven track record in business development. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and an understanding of the commercial real estate market.

Duties

  • Conduct warm and cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms that align with company goals.
  • Find needs and create sales packages that match those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products.
  • Create pitch decks for services
  • Use internet marketing to expand your sales reach. Experience with Go High Level is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales or technical sales environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using Powerpoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and services in the market.

This job is for a real estate tech start up with MASSIVE upside. We are only interviewing true rockstars as the chosen individual will receive an equity stake and leadership role in the business.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
