Seeking a National Supplement Manufacturing Sales Manager to drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and enhance market presence for new and existing brands in Fort Myers, FL.

Enova Science in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a National Supplement Manufacturing Sales Manager

You will be responsible for the following:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in supplement sales channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the industry.
  • Drive the launch of new and emerging brands, ensuring successful market entry and growth.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure favorable deals.
  • Open new doors and expand the company's presence in target markets.

Channel Development:

  • Tailor sales approaches to fit the unique needs and dynamics of each channel.
  • Work with brokers, direct store delivery (DSD) partners, and wholesalers across the US to enhance distribution and sales coverage.

Business Planning and Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan with tactics to deliver annual net sales & profit goals, distribution goals, and promotional plans for assigned categories.
  • Develop annual objectives and forecasts for assigned categories, actively managing the business on a continual basis.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the customer marketing team to design unique marketing and promotional programs.

Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and build industry connections.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience with a manufacturer or broker, with an emphasis in HBC (Health and Beauty Care); vitamin experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in launching new and emerging brands and opening new doors in various retail channels.
  • Experience managing sales within grocery, natural and specialty retail, drug, and convenience channels.
  • Strong experience working with brokers, DSD partners, and wholesalers across the US.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to self-lead and self-motivate to achieve goals.
