Need:

I am looking for Realtors who have sold 5 or more houses and wish to be on a Team of DATA-DRIVEN focused realtors. We use a specialized custom-made BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE software, the same kind fortune-500 companies use, but specific to residential real estate in Houston. This gives us a MAJOR competitive advantage and our niche clientele appreciates it because it speaks their language.

Upon joining my team, I will train you in all of our specialty intel services which is UNPRECEDENTED!

Responsibilities

• We use business intelligence software and provide data-driven advising to our clients. This provides key advantages for your business:
• It speaks the language of our clientele with sophistication.
• Provide intel reports to your clients weekly for better decision making.
• Convert business many times better then ever before.
• I provide licensed Trainees to you which are beginner agents who are ready and hungry to help you with your open houses, CMAs, business consulting meetings, reporting and other busy work tasks.
• The Trainees, of which I have several and growing, take roles of marketing and analyst to aide your services to your clientele.
• A Team of analysts & marketers bolsters your value ten fold to both buyers and sellers.
• Your team of analysts and your sophisticated approach to real estate is the X-Factor you need to take you to the highest point in your career!

LEADS!

• I provide leads in amazing ways!
• No it's not via PPC or from Facebook or anything like that! That's trash.
• I utilize the workforce we already have in and around Houston to bring the leads in to you.

• A post secondary degree in business analytics
• A Realtor of 12 years in Houston with 100s of sales.
• The developer, designer and engineer of the Intel Software.

What personal skill sets will be developed working on this team:

• You will utilize business intelligence software to find deals all around Houston. You’ll also be able to guide your clients on various needs for them to make the best sales decisions.
• After an amount of time working on this team and completing a highly detailed analytics course, you will obtain the title of Certified Real Estate Analytics Advisor.
• Skilled writing of intelligence reports on real estate market trends and pricing opinions.

Minimum production requirements to join this team are:

• 5+ real estate closings in the last 12 months (not rentals)
• $50,000+ Gross Commission Income in the last 12 months.
• A reputable history.
• Prefer an agent with at least five 5-star reviews accumulated.
