Seeking a New Acquisitions Specialist to manage the acquisitions process at Diamond National Investments, focusing on efficiency, market analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
About the Role:
Diamond National Investments, a real estate-focused investment company specializing in strategic acquisitions and operational efficiency, is seeking a New Acquisitions Specialist. This role will focus exclusively on managing and executing the acquisitions process and will report to the VP of Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong implementation skills to ensure workflows are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisitions Process Management:
Take full ownership of the acquisitions process, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in line with documented workflows.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Identify potential acquisition opportunities and analyze market data to support investment decisions.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with legal, finance, and property management teams to facilitate a smooth acquisitions process.
- Performance Reporting:
Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on acquisitions progress to the VP of Acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to implement processes and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in real estate, finance, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with acquisitions workflows or real estate transactions is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
