Paleovalley and Wild Pastures are seeking a results-oriented New Business Manager to drive partnership growth and support affiliate initiatives within a modern health-conscious snack and supplement company.
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Location: Remote (WFH) with location restrictions within the United States. For tax and compliance purposes, this role is open only to candidates that will work or reside in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

Wild Pastures, our sister company, is on a mission to transform the meat industry. We deliver 100% grass fed, pasture-raised, environmentally-regenerative beef, chicken and pork and sustainably caught, wild seafood directly to our customers’ doors. We have incredibly high standards for our meat – all being raised in the USA by small-scale family farmers on lush pastures free from human-caused chemicals.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented New Business Manager to join our Partnerships Team at Paleovalley and Wild Pastures. This pivotal role will focus on building new partnerships to support the growth of our affiliate and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive on challenges, be self-motivated, and bring a strong sales background with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Essential Functions

Outreach and Prospecting
- Conduct 300+ high-quality outreach efforts monthly (via email, phone, and networking) to potential partners.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with our brand values and mission.
- Leverage industry trends and tools to source promising new partnership opportunities.
Relationship Building and Closing
- Schedule and lead meetings to pitch our affiliate program and business partnership opportunities.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
- Negotiate terms and close new partnership agreements that align with company objectives.
Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for new partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize promotional strategies for partners.
- Track and report key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and new partner acquisition efforts.
CRM Management
- Input and manage new affiliate partner information, communications, and progress within our CRM system.
- Track affiliate partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics for reporting and analysis.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or business development with a proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and sales targets.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience working for a health and wellness company is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies that weigh up to 20 pounds, and to bend and stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the employee’s timezone. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected for annual conferences (3-4 annually).
