Job Description:

As a New Home Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, guiding prospective homeowners through the journey of finding their perfect home. You will leverage your sales expertise and market knowledge to connect with clients, understand their needs, and showcase our home offerings. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive buying experience, from initial contact through to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and online interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home models, features, and community amenities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, including conducting home tours, answering questions, providing pricing information, and guiding clients through the contract and closing processes.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation and maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or homebuilding is preferred, but we are open to candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for the real estate industry.
  • Licensing: Valid Texas real estate license or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Houston’s real estate market and neighborhoods is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online marketing tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve company goals.
