Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic New Client Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in attracting and retaining new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new client acquisition, managing a call team, and implementing ethical and data-driven sales practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies that drive consistent growth and align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine the sales approach and enhance the client experience.
- Sales Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a call team, fostering a positive and goal-oriented environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions on effective sales techniques, industry trends, and compliance standards to ensure team success.
- Build a strong team culture with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and resilience.
- Data-Driven Performance Monitoring
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
- Salesforce & CRM Management
- Oversee the maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of CRM analytics.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights and track key metrics for the team’s performance.
- Ethical Sales Practices & Compliance
- Establish and enforce safeguards against sales abuse and inappropriate tactics, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
- Provide ongoing education on industry regulations and ethical sales practices, building a reputation for trustworthiness and respect.
- Trend Analysis & Market Insights
- Analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and internal data to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- Identify emerging opportunities, as well as potential threats, to optimize team focus and efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any complex client issues, ensuring a positive and responsive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in client acquisition or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: Extensive training and experience in advanced sales techniques, communication strategies, and sales team leadership.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Proficiency in defining KPIs, interpreting sales data, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Salesforce & CRM Proficiency: Proven experience in managing Salesforce for pipeline tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading, training, and developing a high-performing sales team, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
- Ethics & Compliance: Strong commitment to ethical sales practices, ensuring the team’s approach aligns with legal and industry standards.
