MPCS is seeking a Marketing and Branding Manager who is passionate about our mission, enthusiastic about supporting our team, and eager to promote our values of continuous improvement, teamwork, humility, kindness, and dedication.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in marketing (including social media), brand development, and graphic design, preferably in a non-profit organization, and be exceptionally detail-oriented and motivated to thrive as a member of our team.
Nonprofit Marketing and Branding Manager - Position Summary
The Marketing and Branding Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the plan for marketing and branding to educate the community on our specific impact in Acadiana. Their focus will be to reach more potential clients, donors, partners, event participants, and volunteers.
Responsible for the strategy and implementation of all marketing efforts to promote the MPCS client programs/services and fundraising events, including, but not limited to:
- Development and management of all social media
- Website
- Monthly newsletters to supporters, sponsors, and clients
- PSAs
- Google ads
- OTT advertising
- Planned giving
- Creating and maintaining marketing collateral (or managing work by contractors)
- Developing and managing Milesy Mart merchandise year-round
- Managing mailing lists (direct mail and email) for clients, supporters, and donors
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Nonprofit Marketing and Branding Manager - Qualifications
The position requires 3+ years’ experience in marketing, brand development, and graphic design and exceptional attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree is required. The candidate should be a good-natured self-starter and multitasker and have outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technology skills.
