Job summary

The CloudOps Growth Marketing Team is looking for a North America Field and Channel Partner Marketing Manager. You will work closely with and be supported by our global marketing team, sales and solution architects, channel development, and product teams to create the right strategy and execute programs to develop new leads, engage our target accounts, and cross sell to our existing customers – directly accountable for North America pipeline generation.

Job responsibilities

  • Define quarterly region-specific marketing plans, with a strong focus on pipeline generation programs, aligned and agreed with the sales leadership team.
  • Manage field marketing programs that drive demand generation, promote customer retention, and increase brand recognition for our CloudOps solutions.
  • Build joint channel marketing plans with focus partners, agreeing on MDF support where ROI is justified and aligned with channel leadership.
  • Execute third party or proprietary events, meeting programs, channel co-marketing / demand gen programs, hyperscaler co-marketing programs, etc, applying marketing best practices.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar of all region-specific events and activities for broad visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze field and channel marketing program results to measure and improve program effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Inside Sales and field sellers to ensure timely lead follow-ups.
  • Attend sales and channel virtual team meetings and QBRs as the marketing representative.
  • Align with NetApp core’s Global Events and Field Marketing teams to identify opportunities for collaboration.
