QUALIFICATIONS

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Senior Go To Market Program Manager, Healthcare will develop strategies for key audiences and manage the buyer experience across various stages, partnering with sales and marketing teams to achieve regional business objectives.
- Program Design & Execution: Run the program journey from brand to demand to advocacy, across channels. Align to business priorities, then develop and implement regional demand programs aligned with revenue goals, while activating global campaigns at the regional level.
- Audience & Offer Strategy: Define audience segmentation and account targeting; tailor messaging, content, and offers; and partner on channel strategy and tactics to engage prospects.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Marketing to align programs to sales priorities. Partner with Solutions Marketing to ensure program messaging & relevance in programs. Engage channel experts on program tactics and execution. Align with the Global Campaigns team to activate campaigns through regional programs.
- Program Optimization: Analyze and optimize programs and budgets to improve engagement and drive results.
- Audience marketing: identifying key audience segments, developing targeted marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and ultimately driving sales and growth.
- Lead generation: identifying potential customers, engaging with them to create interest in the company's offerings, and championing these leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Reporting and analysis: identifying trends, making informed business decisions, improving operational efficiency, and predicting future outcomes based on historical data.
- Channel marketing strategy: selecting, managing, and optimizing a mix of sales channels to interact with potential customers and achieve business objectives.
- Digital marketing: increasing online presence, driving website traffic, improving prospect and customer engagement, and generating leads or sales through targeted online campaigns.
- 7-10 years of marketing experience in B2B software driving impactful demand generation programs
- Proven track record executing marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level
- Enterprise software/B2B marketing experience required
- Prior experience in marketing to healthcare is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional groups and get results. Focusing on collective success as a teammate vs. individual wins
- Experience leading project related budgets and monitor campaign performance and spend.
- Skills to analyze program results and performance trends and make data-driven decisions
- Creative problem solver that brings new ideas to the table
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $138,700 USD - $208,100 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $110,400 USD - $208,100 USD
