Nursing Home Administrator

WLC Management Firm, LLC, has a Nursing Home Administrator position available in Pinckneyville, IL.

Successful candidate is responsible for the overall operations of the facility including fiscal management, staff recruitment and retention, marketing, and oversight of all departments in order to ensure excellent care of our customers. Focus on regulatory requirements is top priority. Must have excellent management skills and "people" skills. Must be willing to be a prominent presence with involvement within the community.

Must have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college to qualify for this position. You must be at least 21 years of age as well.

Pinckneyville Nursing & Rehabilitation is a licensed skilled nursing facility located in a residential neighborhood.
