SHORT DESCRIPTION
Nuuly seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to lead and manage paid social marketing campaigns aimed at efficient subscriber growth and support across media channels.
- Own the strategy, development and optimization of paid social campaigns
- Manage channel budget month to month and reallocate budget effectively, make recommendations for budget increases or decreases in accordance with CAC goals
- Track spend and performance to report on effectiveness of campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop insights that help drive acquisition and enhance customer lifetime value
- Cross-collaboration with various internal teams including Analytics, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Management, and Finance
Role Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience planning, executing, and managing large-scale paid social campaigns with customer acquisition goals
- Experience running ads and reporting on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Structured thinking and ability to communicate plans and performance
- Data, technical focused person with marketing analytics experience
