LOCATION
Roanoke, TX (onsite) with up to 20% domestic and international travel to Korea.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relatable business field required; advanced degree in engineering preferred. Minimum 5 years of HVAC or product management experience, exceptional product management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Korean bilingual fluency preferred but not required.

Develop and execute product roadmaps for Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung products, collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, present business cases for new product opportunities, and represent products at industry events to gather feedback.

Execute product strategy as OEM Product Manager, serving as a liaison between Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung and Samsung HQ, focusing on product development and new product introduction processes.

Role Overview:
This role provides product road map development and execution support between Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung and Samsung HQ and will collaborate internally within the Samsung Lennox Product Management team. This role is responsible for representing and communicating the Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung strategy throughout the product development and new product introduction (NPI) process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product roadmap development and NPI execution of Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung products
- Cross functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, operations, the IT department, technical service, and training
- Develop and present business cases for new product opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessment to guide decision-making
- Represent Lennox-Powered-by-Samsung products at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, capturing valuable feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relatable business field required, advanced degree in an engineering field preferred
- 5+ years of previous HVAC or product management experience required
- Exceptional product management and operational business experience
- Extensive experience with various go-to-market sales channels including stocking distribution, commercial manufacturers reps, strategic regional and national accounts
- Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative product strategies
- Analytical and decisive decision making experience with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Visual acuity, color distinction, and numeric and character detail distinction for the analysis and preparation of statistical reports and information The ability to work periodically some evening hours to meet with Korean leadership
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Korean bilingual fluency (oral and written) preferred but not required
