As the Office Administrator reporting to the Owner, you’ll be a key member of the USA Insulation team in the Madison area! To achieve success in this position a person must feel comfortable making many daily outbound phone calls to prospects, past customers, and contacts collected from events to effectively engage with the purpose to schedule an in-home appointment for our sales consultants. Experience in handling various personalities, in a short amount of time is essential.

USA Insulation is in the business of helping homeowners save thousands of dollars over the course of home ownership through the installation of premium residential home insulation thus reducing their energy costs and improving their comfort level in the home. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be high-energy, motivated person with the ability to be responsible and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to have short and impactful conversation over the phone.
  • An ability to effectively engage and interact with prospects. Must be comfortable in striking up conversations over the phone.
  • Should be organized and self-motivated.
  • Needs to follow a specific protocol while remain adaptable to various situations.
  • Enjoys working as a team yet understands that additional compensation is based on their performance while engaging with prospects.
  • Upload leads into CRM system post-event and communicates next steps with the appropriate sales team and management.
  • Tracks data and prepares reports on the effectiveness of the calls.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Set up and maintain varied office files of records, reports and correspondence required for reference and efficient operation of office; maintain logs and records of office activities; compile and summarize information for regular or special reports from a variety of sources.
  • Generate and send emails for all types of customer marketing and follow-up.
  • Enter all Sales information in company CRM program.
  • Enter and track all lead, source and critical information in company CRM program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years preferred of previous experience in phone sales and goal-oriented phone communications.
  • Commitment to Customer Service and professionalism.

USE OF EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY:

Phone, Copier, Computer, Filing System, Calculator, laptop, tablet.

Word, Excel, Email/Outlook, USA360 proprietary CRM program (training provided), eblast programs, social media, various other sales management programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
