Job Summary

This is a 24/ 7 available position. The Personal injury world never sleeps. We are a well-established personal injury chiropractic practice seeking a highly organized, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager & Marketing Coordinator. This is a multi-faceted role where you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while also overseeing marketing and patient acquisition efforts out in the community. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient intake and inquiries.

- Verify insurance information, process claims, and manage patient billing.

- Coordinate patient flow, ensuring the office runs efficiently and appointments are on time.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

- Handle patient records, including intake forms, HIPAA compliance, and other administrative duties.

- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, equipment, and office-related issues.

-Marketing & Patient Acquisition

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient volume and office visibility, particularly for personal injury cases.

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote the practice and educate patients.

- Build relationships with personal injury attorneys, medical professionals, and other referral sources.

- Track and analyze marketing efforts to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

- Assist in organizing community outreach events and educational seminars to promote the practice.

- Handle online reviews and reputation management, ensuring positive patient feedback is shared.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- Prior experience in a medical office, chiropractic setting mandatory

-Medical/Legal Marketing Experience Mandatory

-Legal office experience a strong plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable interacting with patients and staff.

- Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance procedures is a plus.

- Experience with marketing, including social media, digital advertising, or content creation is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with chiropractic or medical practice management software (e.g., EHR/EMR systems) is a plus.

- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
