Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and energetic Office Manager to join our growing team! As the backbone of our office operations, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our workspace running smoothly, boosting team productivity, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier support. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal team members, vendors, and clients, delivering exceptional communication and service.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and office schedules, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new team members and managing company policies.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive culture.
  • Keep our office organized by managing supplies, technology needs, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist leadership with expense reporting, invoicing, and basic financial tracking.
  • Be a problem solver—identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that make the team’s day-to-day better.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or similar role (experience in a marketing or automotive-related company is a PLUS!).
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities with precision.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills—you thrive on creating order.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you build relationships with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other organizational tools.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting a high-energy team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
