Office Manager/Accounting Assistant/Events

This fast-paced growing real estate/marketing company located in Michigan City is looking for a self-starting individual to be a part of our team.

Job Description

· Manage all aspects of office coordination

· Support Accounting team with A/P, AR,,data entry, records retention and financial administration

· Track expenses and assist in completing weekly financial reports

· Entity document management

· Meet strict deadlines while working with different departments

· Event planning – backup support to GM with events that may include tours and bookings

· Coordinate logistics and deliverables within budget for company events

· Own application process and all other documentation for new deals, as needed

· Maintain office calendars to coordinate work flow and meetings

· Able to self-motivate, multi-task, track multiple project

Requirements

· Highly organized and detail-oriented from start to finish

· Working knowledge of accounting preferred

· Previous experience in events or hospitality

· Ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

· Excellent communications skills, written and verbal. Able to self-edit

· Must have ability to work under pressure with composure and self-control

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Great people skills with an ability to work with many different personalities

· Good judgment, positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges

· Outgoing personality, good work ethic, team player, who takes pride in their work and the company you work for.

Education:

College Degree preferred
