About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Marketing Key Account Manager to lead the charge in optimizing the marketing efforts for our most valued wholesale partners. This role focuses on ensuring the best representation of OluKai in-store and on partner websites, while driving strategic collaboration with top accounts to achieve mutual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a keen understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), and a proven ability to execute impactful marketing initiatives in partnership with wholesale accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Account Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for top key accounts and core accounts, ensuring consistent representation of OluKai’s brand values and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with account-specific goals and opportunities.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Partner with key accounts to optimize OluKai’s presence on their websites, ensuring high-quality product imagery, engaging copy, and strong alignment with SEO and conversion strategies.
- Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, impressions, sales conversions) and use data to guide decision-making and enhance campaigns.
In-Store Brand Presentation:
- Work with account teams to ensure best-in-class product merchandising, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct regular store visits or virtual evaluations to maintain a premium brand presence across all retail touchpoints.
Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for top accounts, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and planning sessions to align on key initiatives and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with OluKai’s internal teams, including Product, Creative, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive campaigns and launches across channels.
- Manage budgets and timelines for account-specific marketing activities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date on retail marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate OluKai’s presence within wholesale channels.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in wholesale marketing, retail marketing, or digital marketing, preferably with premium or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, e-commerce platforms, and retail environments.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office at our HQ Irvine, CA location with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
