Position Overview:
We are seeking a junior-level associate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the project management office and supporting client deliverables. The Omnichannel Associate will report to the Omnichannel Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with maintaining client relationships, taking detailed notes for client-focused and MLR/PRC meetings and identifying dependencies for timelines.
- Serve as a liaison between PFIQ and vendors, creating asset tags, sharing assets, and ensuring that deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Serve as a project manager for various projects and initiatives related to client and agency tasks.
- Build monthly and quarterly reports, detailing campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
- Supports planning and execution of multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams including HCP, patient, medical affairs, market access, and clinical trial recruitment
- Review dashboards weekly to ensure data is reflected timely and accurately.
Prerequisites:
- We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, creative agencies
Hard Skills:
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suite; Experience with Project Management, Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
- Nice to Have: Experience with Creatopy (or other banner creation platforms), programmatic channel experience
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience working in the pharma and biotech industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
