LOCATION
Onsite position, full-time, 40 hours/week.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Jr. Account Manager to support omni-channel sales accounts by identifying sales opportunities, enhancing profitability, and managing relationships across major retail and e-commerce platforms.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated with an aptitude for identifying sales opportunities combined with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate can juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, work well in a self-directed environment, keep a high-level focus on growing accounts through both online and in-store sales, and understand and problem solve complex challenges. Communication and staying organized is key with several tasks and initiatives often moving all at once.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Analyze sales trends to make data-based decisions and implement strategies with partners to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Stay current with the E-commerce landscape and make recommendations on how to continue growth to accounts.
- Working with retail buyers to plan seasonal and promotional events.
- Work with the marketing department to stay up to date on market trends.
- Develop and communicate strategies with cross functional teams to drive hybrid fulfillment models with a key partner.
- Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimize fulfillment metrics, plan for peak periods, and improve/eliminate chargebacks.
- Work with product development team to identify assortment gaps, white space, and product development opportunities.
- Monitor online product reviews and identify areas where developmental improvements can be made to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
- Previous experience managing box big and/or ecommerce accounts a plus
- Account management, Operations or Supply Chain experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
- Strategic thinker and natural problem solver.
- Ability to analyze and digest data and provide data driven solutions.
- Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Full-Time 40hrs/week in office required.
