The Omnichannel Program Manager at 1WorldSync will develop and implement strategic client programs for large enterprise, focusing on seamless project roll-outs and B2B marketing initiatives.

Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Omnichannel Program Manager to join our team.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an Omnichannel Program Manager to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Senior Director, Community Enablement, the Omnichannel Program Manager will be responsible for designing and developing strategic client programs for execution and delivery in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate would have a background in project management, account development, ABM marketing, as well as B2B campaign marketing experience. This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop relationships with several of the largest companies and brands in the world.


As Omnichannel Program Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead an Omni-Channel roll-out and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of the program requirements. This will include collaboration with eCommerce, Sales, Information Technology, Product, Go-to-Market, Tech Operations and Customer Support.
  • Devise B2B integrated campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Champion cross-functional delivery of large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external teams.
  • Socialize and gain buy-in from key internal and wholesale partners on Omni-Channel programs.
  • Write, edit and proof copy for promotional materials including social media and website, within co-marketing campaigns with our clients.
  • Drive adoption and usage of 1WorldSync products and solutions.
  • Partner with the business and the technical teams to own continuous improvement of existing and new Omni-Channel capabilities.
  • Address critical issues/barriers; escalate issues, recommend and implement solutions as needed.
  • Gather and prioritize program requirements, continue to evolve program, vision, track the status of each project and report on performance.
  • Define and implement technical solutions to business challenges.
  • Own program implementation and program management including overall point of contact, project plan, timelines, deliverables and troubleshooting issues.
  • Identify customer needs that represent a significant market opportunity and/or revenue potential.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project and program management
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel)

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Analytical skills - Ability to work with numbers, generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data, and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions required.
  • Strong Technical skills - Ability to fluently navigate within customer portals/dashboards as well as internal platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer best practices, market intelligence, category/channel/ shopper trends, and shopper Insight into actionable ideas.
  • Commercial experience, highly developed collaboration and influencing skills, self-starter, results-driven, entrepreneurial.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive insights and improvements within the program.


Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 base salary.
  • This is a commission-eligible role.
  • Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.
  • 1WorldSync provides full pay ranges so candidates can consider their growth potential.

Additional Details:
  • This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
  • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
  • This position requires up to 5% travel.
