Northedge Steel is seeking a motivated Online Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through online campaigns, SEO, and website optimization.

Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for driving high-quality leads through strategic online campaigns and optimizing website performance? Northedge Steel, a leader in steel building manufacturing, is seeking a highly motivated Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO strategies, Hubspot tracking and reporting, and website updates to increase leads and boost online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimize ad performance through data analysis and testing to improve ROI and meet lead generation goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting for effective campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead qualification and sales objectives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct website audits to identify areas for SEO improvement.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve organic search rankings.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Website Management

  • Update and maintain the company's website with fresh content, product updates, and relevant information.
  • Work with web developers or use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to ensure site performance and responsiveness.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to support ad campaigns and lead capture.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements.

HubSpot Tracking & Reporting

  • Use HubSpot to track lead activity, campaign performance, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Generate detailed reports in HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align HubSpot tracking and reporting with sales objectives.
  • Ensure accurate data input and reporting within HubSpot to improve decision-making.
  • Recommend automation and workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing and lead management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in website management, including experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry is a bonus but not required.
