QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of CRM marketing or marketing experience, preferably in high-volume CRM and 1:1 relationship marketing environments. Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

The OnStar CRM Assistant Relationship Marketing Lead will drive customer engagement strategies and campaign execution for OnStar digital products, focusing on innovation and performance optimization.
Job Description
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Global Technical Center three times per week, at minimum.
As a member of the OnStar Relationship Marketing Team, the OnStar CRM Assistant Relationship Marketing Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM and 1:1 engagement strategies for OnStar digital products like Super Cruise, the OnStar Guardian app, Google Built-In and more. The preferred candidate has a passion for customer engagement, has cross-channel marketing experience, and has spirit of innovation aimed at continuous testing and optimization. This position reports to the Manager, OnStar Relationship Marketing
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and managing multi-touch campaigns to drive adoption and usage of core in-vehicle technology and features
- Working closely with the CRM leads for all General Motors’ brands to identify cross-branded messaging and integration opportunities
- Making data-driven decisions based on analytics to optimize marketing campaigns for effectiveness and efficiency; always applying a test & learn approach
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Product and Sales leads to design and execute 1:1 programs and campaigns, targeting key audiences and achieving product KPIs
- Working independently within CRM tools and processes
- Tracking and reporting progress on marketing campaigns & programs
- Partner with Brand, Digital Marketing, Retail, and Product Marketing teams on creative development, product launches, content strategy, and web experience
- Collaborate with Product and CX teams to identify customer needs and inform product definitions, value propositions, and target audience strategies
- Drive adoption of Super Cruise with our current and potential OnStar customers
- Work as part of the Owner Growth Marketing team to collaborate across brands to drive revenue growth for OnStar throughout the GM brand experience (Accessories, Customer Care & Aftersales, GM Loyalty & Card, and more).

Requirements / Qualifications:
