As the Operations Manager (OM), you’ll be a key player in transforming the operational side of a high-producing real estate team. With Shannon’s leadership as one of the top 1.5% agents and teams nationwide, this role is an exciting opportunity to work with a driven and innovative team while making a direct impact on scaling the business.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools like Notion. Familiarity with basic video editing and AI tools is a plus.
  • Client-Focused Leader: Able to build rapport with clients and anticipate their needs while maintaining professionalism and care.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating and managing workflows, ensuring all processes are streamlined and scalable.
  • Adaptable Problem-Solver: Comfortable learning new tools, adapting to changing priorities, and finding creative solutions.
  • Real Estate Enthusiast: Experience in real estate operations or a willingness to learn. A real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 90–180 days) is preferred.


This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, with some nights and weekends.


Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare Stipend.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve operational systems for listings, buyer processes, client management, and marketing workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring clients receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their real estate journey.
  • Create and manage a marketing calendar while overseeing the production of branded content, including social media video editing.
  • Implement technology tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and AI applications to streamline operations and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Shannon and the team to identify process gaps, introduce effective solutions, and foster a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are a must.
  • Previous experience in operations, project management, or leading teams, ideally within real estate or a related industry, is required.
  • Strong track record of successfully establishing and managing systems is essential.
  • Must possess effective prioritization skills and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Being tech-savvy with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning is highly valued.
