Overview of Job Description:

We are seeking a self motivated, highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop valuable administrative skills. Responsibilities to Include:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including inventory tracking and labeling merchandise.

- Update product listings on multiple online platforms. Scanning and listing new products as directed.
- Placing and fulfilling orders online, with online marketing and product listing
-Managing orders on our database daily.

- Social Media and other platform integrations

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including online marketing and product listing
- Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. 2 years.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, with clear spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
-Willingness to perform all tasks, large and small

Job Type: Full-time

General Office Duties to include, but not limited to:

Email Correspondence, Data Entry, Online Product Listings, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment and General Office Duties.

Entry level position and past experience with online retail, e-commerce and EDI processing a plus. Self-motivation and ability to work well with others.
