About the role:
Off the back of a recent fundraising round, we are rapidly scaling our product offerings and are looking for a seasoned marketing specialist with experience in demand generation and organic growth to join our team.. You will join Snappr’s marketing team as the Growth Marketing Manager and take ownership of generating more leads and contributing to revenue growth for Snappr’s B2B products. We are looking for a scrappy but seasoned marketer who can bring their past experiences and strategies to help us build a well-oiled demand gen engine and scale up our B2B marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the overall performance and growth of Snappr’s B2B marketing
- Create high-level reporting for B2B marketing which will be viewed by the leadership and executive team.
- Manage and optimize existing outreach channels which include cold-email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Create new campaigns and test new channels for outreach including both paid and unpaid platforms.
- Conduct research on ICPs for Snappr’s products using tools such as Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert ICPs into hot leads for the sales team.
- Potential to grow into a people manager after the first 6 months.
About you:
- You love commanding ownership over demand-gen marketing and have a passion for growth
- Data driven mindset
- You have a proven record of growing revenue for B2B products through execution of your marketing strategy
- Deep experience in B2B cold outreach and researching ICPs
- Owned OKRs for all of demand generation
- Experience working for a SaaS company
- Early venture-backed company experience is a plus (Series B, C or D)
- 3+ years of experience in doing successful outreach
