QUALIFICATIONS

The Outside Sales & Marketing Representative will drive business growth through lead generation and effective marketing strategies while expanding the company's client base and brand visibility in the construction sector.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Outside Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role is instrumental in expanding the company’s client base, increasing brand visibility, and promoting services within the construction industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Proactively generate leads through door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, social media engagement, and client referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct in-person presentations to showcase the value of company services.
- Assists with daily operation of marketing and sales, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert guidance on company offerings.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with management team to develop promotional marketing strategies and Campaigns.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, sales metrics, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies to support lead
- generation.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of exceeding sales targets.
Work Environment:
This role involves a combination of office and field work, including regular travel to client sites, events, and trade shows.
