QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience (inside or outside), reliable transportation, preferably with experience in construction, home improvement, or roofing sales. Strong people skills and the ability to build trust and relationships are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Book assessments and close sales for both commercial and residential clients, set your own schedule, and work independently as a commission-only contractor. Much of the work can be done remotely using a phone and computer.

Your focus will be booking assessments and closing sales by setting your own schedule while focusing on Commercial & Residential clients to earn your commissions. Much of your work can be done remotely with a phone and computer.
This product has virtually no competition. We're saving people tons of money by avoiding the costly expense of roof replacement, although you have the opportunity to sell a new roof as well. You will work as an independent, commission only contractor. We will provide a proven system, training, on-going support & our operations team that performs the work on all sold jobs.
What we're looking for:
* Sales experience. Inside or outside sales experience works. You should be comfortable calling on and meeting with homeowners, property managers, homeowner associations, churches, investors, real estate professionals... anyone that has a shingle roof. The more effort, the higher your commissioned earnings.
* Reliable transportation
* Construction, home improvement, and roofing sales experience could be helpful, but people skills and building trust & relationships is key.
