LOCATION
Various indoor and outdoor environments including customer sites, trade shows, and office locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Marketing, Business, or related field required; fluency in English and Spanish necessary.

Introduce customers to renewable energy products, monitor social media campaigns, provide customer education, maintain product knowledge, generate leads, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with other departments.

Overview
Responsibilities
- Under direction of Sales Manager, complete projects and follow up with customers as needed.
- Monitor and assist with Social Media campaigns.
- Compile information and run reports.
- Educate customers about the various products and services available to them.
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and potential drawbacks/risks. Stay up to date on new technological advancements to offer accurate advice about which products are most effective for customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service; generate leads; close deals; research potential target markets; use social media to promote and grow the network; attend industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with other departments on product design.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Permissions
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Marketing, Business, or other related field required.
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in Spanish required.
