RESPONSIBILITIES

Survey commercial roofs to develop pricing estimates, create and present onsite proposals using proprietary software, maintain client relationships, and work mainly during business hours with very little overnight travel required.

Join ACR1.COM Commercial Roofing as a full-time salesperson, where you'll generate leads, develop pricing estimates, and create immediate proposals while enjoying excellent support from the sales team and minimal overnight travel.

Employer Provided Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 annually

Hiring Details:

Expected hiring selections to be in January 2025 with training to begin in February in southern states.

Compensation: Weekly draw against proposal pay and commissions

  • Are you willing to drive distances of up to 2.5 to 3 hours?

JOB DESCRIPTION/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Survey commercial roofs and develop pricing estimates stemming from pre-qualified leads.
  • Create onsite proposals quickly with proprietary software, give a power point presentation that explains our unique selling proposition, then review and download the digital quote with the Property Owner/Manager
  • Extensive daily travel, but overnights generally not required. (We normally see customers during business hours)
  • Develop and maintain excellent long-term client relationships. Repeat and referral customers are our #1 source of new business.
  • Work from in-home office in the Michigan area.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Math skills required
  • Two Years direct sales experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver license and & clean driving record required to drive company provided vehicle
  • Microsoft operating system experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Apple iPhone’s is helpful
  • Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug & Physical Screenings
  • Must be able to provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved ID’s, if hired
  • Construction Industry sales experience helpful
  • Full time availability to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Closing ability required
  • Detail oriented and persuasive
  • HS diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
