Pad Coordinator/Client Relations
LOCATION
Austin, Texas and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 18-month commitment, A+ customer service attitude, tech savvy with EMR systems and Google Workspace, excellent communication and organizational skills, relationship-building ability, healthcare marketing experience preferred, drug screening and background check required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive to various doctor offices (70% of the role), conduct "pavement pounding" marketing, build relationships, educate about Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), and assist in driving referrals to PAD Specialists.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Associate will engage with healthcare providers to increase community awareness of PAD and drive appropriate referrals, balancing fieldwork and administrative tasks while being a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists.
Description
- (Internal title is Business Development Associate (BDA))
- Looking for someone who has a strong medical background and the ability to build relationships with doctors & doctor offices staff.
- This position requires you to drive to different doctor offices in the area—this is 70% of your role. The other 30% of your time is spent working from home to complete administrative duties.
- You are responsible for "pavement pounding" marketing -- i.e., visiting Physicians' Offices, scheduling meetings with them, building relationships, and educating them about PAD -- signs & symptoms, and indications for appropriate referrals.
- Coverage area: Austin, Texas and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.
- The goal is to increase awareness of PAD in the community, be a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists, and assist in driving appropriate referrals to PAD Specialists.
- Starting pay will be based on experience.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (CT)
Requirements
- 18-month minimum commitment required
- An A+ customer service-oriented attitude is a must.
- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community.
- Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required
- Drug screens and background check
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)

- We currently do not offer paid holidays or paid time off. Our pay is at the 99th percentile for all positions in the locations that we are in. Higher pay has a far higher dollarized value than paid holidays or PTO does. Thus, we do not offer paid holidays or PTO -- we offer the highest pay around.
- You may take up to 80 hours of UTO (unpaid time off).
