In business for 20 years, we have worked with 1500+ law firms in nearly every state (still holding out for Hawaii) and have a dedicated and creative team of 19 remote employees and another 6+ regular contractors. Our Clients

We work exclusively with solo and small law firms (under 10 attorneys) throughout the United States. We go to great lengths to screen new clients and ensure that their needs and expectations are an overall good fit for our services and approach. Most of our clients are successful and established, and are looking for a website to validate, enhance and further grow their practice. They are also typically overwhelmed with both being a lawyer and running a law firm. This is where we come in.

When we are at our best, we are essentially serving as their outsourced web and online marketing department, taking nearly everything related to their online presence off of their plate and on to ours. When we’re successful, we are helping our clients get more fulfillment out of running their practice and enabling them to help more people and do more of what they love.

We work very hard to screen clients to ensure that they are a right fit for what we can provide as this leads to positive, long-term relationships.

About our Marketing Clients

A growing number of our clients are finding great success with online marketing. The subset of clients who utilize our marketing services are more business and performance oriented. They are usually delivering consumer oriented services to their local area. They do things like divorce, family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, criminal law, personal injury and more!

Our Team

  • Director of Marketing, to whom you will report directly. She focuses on department development, training, and growth.
  • Online Marketing Managers, who are responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for each client they are assigned. OMMs provide guidance on key marketing elements and ensure their digital marketing channels build brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate new leads for our clients.
  • Marketing Project Coordinator, who assists with onboarding, project management and support.
  • Attorney-Content Writers, who research and draft website content for our clients’ websites.
  • Designers and Developers, who assist with updates to the clients’ websites and other various projects related to marketing efforts.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer to manage search and social media advertising on behalf of our clients. Our clients each spend on average $1000-3000 for paid traffic and the person in this role will manage about 20-30 accounts. As you grow and find comfort in the role, you will be expected to be able to interact directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, discuss performance and talk strategy as needed. Our goal is to grow and expand our services in paid advertising services and you will play an integral part in achieving this.

Discrete tasks that you’ll do as part of this job include:

  • Design effective paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Build and maintain effective campaigns for new clients
  • Regularly monitor and optimize accounts for maximum performance
  • Identify opportunities to drive quality leads, sales, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team to improve multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Perform competitor and keyword research based on clients’ goals and business models
  • Maintain negative keyword lists for each account to reduce wasted spend
  • Generate and test creative ad copy and landing pages that maximize conversions
  • Create and analyze monthly reports providing insights and strategic suggestions for each client
  • Manage clients’ budgets and advise when ad spend should be modified to accomplish campaign goals and objectives
  • Configure comprehensive tracking and set up informative reporting
  • Create global campaign templates for clients with similar needs
  • Research new innovations and best practices in paid search

A typical week may include the following tasks:

  • Design new Google Ads campaign for an immigration law firm
  • Review performance of several accounts and note ideas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot conversion tracking issues on a campaign
  • Explain to a client the pros/cons of Google’s new Local Service Ads
  • Implement an experiment or two with new ad copy or keywords
  • Help assemble a batch of monthly/quarterly reports

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start to quickly use their own experience and expertise to improve how we do things.

  • Experience as a paid advertising specialist for law firms
  • Familiarity with advertising on Google, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience using Wordpress to make optimization updates
  • Comfortable and confident in a client-facing role and talking the talk with attorneys
  • Well-rounded understanding of search engine marketing and social media marketing
  • The ability to transform technical concepts into a clear messages for lay people
  • Loves to plan and research new tactics to share with our team
  • Competitive and excited to see positive results and impact from work
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

The ideal candidate would also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or Related
  • Experience working in a legal marketing agency or the marketing department of a law firm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
