Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 5+ years of relevant agency experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and at least two current Google Ads Certifications.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Paid Digital Marketing Manager is a client-facing position that is responsible for working within a team structure to strategize, execute, and report on multiple digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to multi-task, independently problem-solve, and have impeccable attention to detail all while working in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
What Youll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day client interaction and act as a liaison between client and internal/external team members
- Help develop, create, and optimize multiple clients campaigns across platforms with our team
- Think creatively and outside the box to create powerful campaigns and strategies for brands that go beyond just a single platform (cross-channel marketing and effective re-marketing)
- Handle researching, copywriting, campaign set-ups, optimizing, testing, and interpreting data to drive better results
- Create compelling end-of-month and ad hoc reports with explained outcomes, findings, new ideas, and actionable recommendations
- Identify and/or interpret clients business, brand, and campaign goals
- Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, following different processes and procedures per company guidelines
- Exercise an ability to follow through on projects and drive them to completion, with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Work with the internal creative team to develop strong creatives for A/B testing
- Contribute to team brainstorms as well as assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends regarding tools, platforms, updates, and strategy
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing client direction, goals, and deadlines
- Become proficient in new skills and platforms to further your expertise and value to clients and the company
- Travel for company/client as needed
What Qualifies You:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant agency experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written presentation abilities
- Google Ads Certifications (have at least two current Google Certifications)
- Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax, & YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio, Supermetrics, & TikTok Ads
- Experience with GMP/SA360/GA360/DV360, GA360, SEO, CTV, CRO, and graphic design/Photoshop abilities are a plus
