ID90 Travel is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance paid media efforts, optimize campaigns using data analytics, and drive new account signups while collaborating with various teams to align marketing strategies.
Position Overview:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google & Bing to drive high-quality traffic and new account signups.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and run A/B tests to improve performance and ROAS.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other data tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between paid search strategies and overall marketing goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive new leads and signups.
- Develop strategies to increase reach and engagement while optimizing for cost efficiency.
- Use data and insights to refine audience targeting, ad creative, and copy for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices to keep ID90 Travel at the forefront of paid social efforts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on technical SEO and performance improvements.
- Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others to identify and address technical SEO issues and improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to optimize on-page SEO elements, such as meta tags, headers, and URL structures.
- Monitor SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve organic traffic and account signups.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio to track KPIs, including new accounts created, CPA, and ROAS.
- Provide actionable insights from paid media and SEO campaigns to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with the data & analytics team to ensure accurate and timely reporting across all campaigns.
- Analyze data trends and present findings to the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience
- Expert in: Paid Search (Google & Bing), Google Analytics (and Data Analytics), Lead Generation tactics
- Proficient in: Paid Social (Meta & LinkedIn), Connected TV (CTV)/Over The Top TV (OTT), Looker Studio, Google Search Console, SEO & SEO tools
- Proven track record of managing high-budget paid media campaigns and delivering strong ROAS
- Analytical mindset with a passion for diving into data and reporting to optimize performance
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, data, and finance teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and proactively coordinate efforts across departments
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
- Ability to interpret and utilize data to make informed decisions

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(HQ)
