Seeking a strategic Paid Media Manager to enhance product and service development aligned with company goals and to support marketing efforts through collaboration and market research.

Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $38 - 43 per hour
We are looking for a strategic Paid Media Manager to drive product and service development priorities, ensuring alignment with both short and long-term goals. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, conduct customer and competitive research, and develop marketing materials to support sales efforts. You’ll also identify new product opportunities, streamline marketing processes, and support internal communications and training initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Establish product, service and product development priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure Marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and activities match established and agreed to priorities;
- Conduct customer and competitive research to ensure that the company is providing its customers with the products, technical support and services they desire at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return to the Company across its total product line.
- Research to identify new product and services opportunities that match our core competencies;
- Develop and provide marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts including those of our sister companies and distributors.
- Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts;
- Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure the Companys marketing support functions are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing paid channels including search (Google and Bing), retargeting, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in brand building, campaign optimization, and digital journey development.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills and success interacting with senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proactive, highly motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly driven and passionate about marketing, analytics and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Proven results-driven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, iterative development processes preferred.
