Success in this role requires the ability to dive deep into performance data, have excellent communication skills for cross-team and cross-functional collaboration, ability to project manage and stay in campaign timelines, have attention to detail and have high standards for AWS paid media and lastly, maintain a customer-centric and customer-obsessed attitude to consistently innovate. This person will need to have an entrepreneurial nature to try new and different things with minimal direction, a drive for testing and learning as well as the ability to prioritize effectively and balance data-driven with instinct-driven decisions. Overall, this role will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of paid media’s long-term strategy
- Use AWS dashboards to build weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for paid media
- Lead detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
- Provide direction and insights into database health and cohort analysis as it aligns to field priorities
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
- Stay current with Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter, display, mobile and overall digital marketing best practices
- Conduct research on industry trends and present relevant analysis to the field team
- Help with the build and optimization of the end-to-end customer experience, lead and customer conversion, and cost per lead analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
