The Paid Search & Display Strategy & Execution Director is responsible for leading digital marketing strategies for B2B tech companies, ensuring client satisfaction through data-driven recommendations and effective campaign management.

We're a fully remote and geographically diverse team of 25+ people who are solely focused on B2B marketing and lead generation. We provide exemplary services to our clients by utilizing subject matter experts, streamlining account management, and holding ourselves accountable to performance.
We track to revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. We push back against platform overreach and work to combat platform waste through proactive optimization, deep platform expertise, and strong alignment with client objectives.
The Opportunity:
The Paid Search & Display Strategy & Execution Director brings live-action credibility to client communication. They think fast on their feet, communicate openly & clearly, tell great stories, and show enthusiasm for clients’ marketing results. They display confidence in their recommendations and leverage their robust experience to guide engagements. As a Strategist, they convince a client of what needs to be done as they build trust with the client and the internal account team.
Strategy & Execution Directors at Obility wield mastery of service just like the Senior Managers do and excel at soft skills such as communication, time & task management, presentation skills, and the ability to juggle a large roster of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving industry-leading search and display strategy for B2B companies
- Manage multiple paid search campaigns across various search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and display networks from keyword research, strategic development, implementation, and budget management.
- Carry 6 - 8 clients with 1 - 2 team members supporting on those clients
- Produce outstanding client-facing reports with little to no mistakes
- Own & present QBRs, State of Today’s, and ad hoc reporting
- Optimizing accounts to client’s business objectives including pipeline, cost per marketing qualified lead, and cost per sale qualified lead
- Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting the client’s business objectives
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, and other display advertising platforms
- Proven record of successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with the ability to meet deadlines and budget objectives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to present complex data in a simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B clients
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and/or CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) reporting and platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and the C-Suite
- Experience training others and/or leading a team
