Spartan Digital is a remote-first digital marketing consultancy located in New Jersey. Our CEO started as a 'web guy'—never intending to run a traditional marketing agency—and that non-traditional mindset shapes everything we do. We're new to digital marketing, and we bring a fresh perspective to every challenge. We specialize in serving home services clients, with deep expertise in helping HVAC and emergency plumbing businesses succeed. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on skills and experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Craft and lead paid media strategy for four to six clients through an integrated approach across search, social, and more.
- Manage client budgets of $10K to $30K per month, focusing on maximizing ROI and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, and use data to help grow their bottom line.
- Build strong client and team relationships, using Spartan’s values to guide every touchpoint and foster trust. We pride ourselves on being non-traditional, challenging the typical agency mindset. Where others might say, 'traditionally, we do X,' we ask, 'how can we do it differently?' Our team is expected to come to the table not only with problems but also with creative, outside-the-box solutions.
- Oversee campaign strategy and management, rooted in data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, leveraging both paid and organic insights to amplify client impact.
- Prepare and lead client presentations to showcase results, positioning yourself as an extension of their team.
Skills You’ll Bring to the Table
- Experience managing high-budget paid campaigns across search engines and platforms, covering both e-commerce and lead gen. Experience managing PPC, Paid Social campaigns, and Local Search Ads (LSAs) is required. Familiarity with key performance metrics (KPIs) and attribution models is essential for strategists managing large ad spends.
- A passion for staying on top of industry trends and a knack for running with new opportunities. Experience with budget forecasting and financial planning is also highly valued for managing high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in data literacy, Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools. You are a pivot table and V-lookup ninja, capable of using these tools to gain deep insights and drive campaign success.
- Comfort in cross-channel management, particularly in paid social. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization is crucial for driving continuous performance improvements.
- PPC is part of our Swiss Army knife—versatile and invaluable in finding value for clients, and we expect you to use it creatively to unlock opportunities.
Bonus Points
- Experience with automation, including automated bidding, portfolio bids, and third-party tools like shape.io, Kenshoo, Marin, or SA360.
- Familiarity with SQL and data construction principles. Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager or similar tools for advanced campaign tracking and data analysis is also beneficial.
- Experience with the local home services market is a plus!
