Part-Time Ai Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time AI Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our marketing campaigns using Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to improve our email marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring that our content is engaging, personalized, and optimized for maximum performance. You will also assist in analyzing campaign results to continuously improve our strategies. This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Email Marketing:
  • Design and optimize email marketing campaigns using AI tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
  • Automate and personalize email content for various audience segments.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• AI-Driven Text (SMS) Campaigns:
  • Create and manage personalized text message campaigns using AI tools like Twilio, AiText, or similar platforms.
  • Segment target audiences and automate follow-ups to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of text campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Social Media Optimization:
  • Use AI-powered tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule and optimize social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze engagement data to improve post timing, content, and frequency.
  • Help create engaging, AI-assisted content for social media posts that resonate with our audience.
• Campaign Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use AI-based analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving campaigns based on AI-generated reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine future campaigns.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align AI-driven strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI marketing tools and trends, bringing new ideas to the table for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with AI tools for email marketing, SMS campaigns, or social media management.
  • Familiarity with popular AI marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Twilio, Hootsuite, Jasper, etc.).
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret AI-driven data and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ability to create engaging content for email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization strategies using AI.
• Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members remotely.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with AI-based content creation tools like Jasper or Copy.ai.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning or natural language processing as applied to marketing.

Work Hours:

• Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week.
