Location: Downingtown, PA (part-time, in-office)

Are you passionate about online marketing and ready to help build something from the ground up? U-neek is seeking a Part-Time Web/SEO/Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a brand-new position, offering the chance to collaborate directly with our Web & SEO lead to create the systems and processes that will shape our marketing services. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in online marketing, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to manage personal projects independently. Researching, creating, and implementing processes will be a huge part of the job to start, so administrative experience is a major plus. What You’ll Do:

• Process Development: Assist in creating a marketing calendar to manage client projects, deadlines, and communication schedules.
• Website Updates: Work in WordPress (using Elementor) to make site changes for clients.
• SEO Campaigns: Conduct basic search engine optimization, including research and implementation.
• Google Ads Management: Help manage and optimize client campaigns with support from the team, and acquire working knowledge of Performance Max.
• Google My Business: Create and manage Google My Business pages for clients.
• Social Media: Create and schedule posts across platforms to engage with client audiences.
• Email Marketing: Design and send campaigns using tools like Constant Contact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Web & SEO lead to design and document procedures.
• Backend SEO: Work with YOAST WordPress plugin.

What We Expect:

Experience & Skills:

• Strong interest in online marketing; prior experience in related roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress Google Ads, Constant Contact, and SEMrush (or the ability to learn quickly).
• Attention to detail to ensure deadlines and client communication goals are met.
• A creative, results-oriented mindset is a must!

• No formal education required, but online certifications (e.g., from Google Academy, HubSpot, Udemy) and personal portfolios are valued. Ongoing education is required (materials paid for by U-neek).
