Job Description:

As Network Development Lead at ianacare, you will be hands-on in building a network of impactful provider partnerships including home-based care organizations, respite care providers, community based organizations and social service providers to build revolutionary support for home-based care. You will lead the charge in identifying, researching, and establishing connections with healthcare organizations including building out a network of respite care providers across the country.

We are looking for an experienced individual contributor dedicated to driving growth by identifying and securing new partnerships to build our network of care partners. This role will include cold calling, outreach, and lead qualification efforts to develop relationships in untapped markets. Your ability to open doors and foster trust with new partners will directly contribute to ianacare’s growth and support caregiver needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced BDR/partnerships professional with client-facing experience and a proven track record of success who has a deep understanding of healthcare priorities and thrives in a fast paced, rapidly changing start-up environment.

What You’ll Do:

Through research and outbound outreach, you will build a landscape of viable provider partners including home-based care organizations, respite care providers, community-based organizations and social service providers. After identifying these partner prospects, you will establish contracted referral relationships and develop partner agreements.

  • Identify and research prospective respite care providers and other potential partners in new markets.
  • Initiate and build relationships with leads through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Set up introductory meetings and engage partners to build relationships and communicate ianacare’s needs and value proposition.
  • Qualify partner leads and create a pipeline of new opportunities to ensure consistent growth in our provider network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Track and report on outreach metrics, meeting outcomes, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform network growth strategies.
  • Work closely with the team on outreach strategy, messaging, and overall strategic account planning.
  • Provide input to refine the outreach process and network-building strategy, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities including traditional business development outreach and sales as the program scales and as we enter new markets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years healthcare-related sales (or similar post-acute care-related experience)
  • Strong experience selling health technology preferred
  • Familiarity with public and private value-based reimbursement and health system transformation efforts
  • Experience in high growth startups
  • Experience successfully navigating a complex sales cycle
  • Proven successful track record of developing a sales pipeline
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • BA/S degree preferred
  • Compelling communication abilities, adept at building strong relationships, with a charismatic leadership style
  • Analytical approach and very fast learner
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot

This position is remote. Some travel may be required.
